HOW TO WEAR:
Place thumb into the lockrig area of wrist warp. Pull the strap forward across back of hand.
Wrap around the wrist. Adjust wrist wrap to desired compression and secure the hook and loop strap.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash with mild soap in cold water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash or dry.
