HOW TO WEAR:

1. Position the opening over kneecap.
2. Wrap and secure the shorter strap behind knee joint, between upper and lower straps.
3. Wrap and secure the upper and lower straps to front of support.

Hand wash with mild soap in cold water. Rinse thoroughly.
Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash or dry.
