HOW TO WEAR

• Wrap around back pad at lower back in up-right position, placing oval cushiony pad to the front of womb.
• Fasten side straps just below womb and small straps above womb for support.
• Adjust side straps and secure for extra compression.

WASHING INSTRUCTION

• Remove aluminium splint before washing.
• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap.
